The Marlyn Hotel Stratford-upon-Avon (www.themarlynhotel.com) has been a town centre hotel and called The Marlyn Hotel since 1815. Refurbished to maintain all of its original early Victorian character it offers comfortable and inviting rooms in the heart of the Old Town. A short walk to the RSC Theatre and Town Centre (under 5 minutes to everywhere) this Prime Central Location is convenient for the theatres shops and pubs! Chestnut Walk leads down through Old Town to Holy Trinity Church with views down the river to the RSC and Swan Theatres.The hotel is Victorian Art Deco in style and combines bright modernism with classic elegance. An open plan guest lounge has a real fire with a modern leather sofas and Victorian Romanticism pictures throughout. All rooms have nice views with 2 rooms overlooking the Shakespeare Institute Gardens and the other 4 overlooking fine private gardens.TVs with freeview in the bedrooms but we are pleased to announce there is no TV in the lounge (plenty of wide screen tvs in the pubs!!). We have an impressive menu for breakfast continental breakfast of ham salami cheese cereal milk yogurt fruit juice tea coffee preserves croissant and toast. We offer for free traditional Engle-ish (Bacon and Eggs) Porridge Russian Eggs (fried eggs with Onion) Scrambled Eggs etc etc. We do dinner as well Greek Italian Russian and traditional Engle-ish. A Late Tea is also available for late arriving guests or those rushing out to the theatre. It includes quality tea from an amazing menu sandwiches and home made cake or sweet. Priced according to sandwich filling. Our check in is 3pm and check out 11-00 am but we do our best to be flexible so please ask if you want to book in early or check out late and we will do our best to accomodate. Weekends are free parking 15 yards from the hotel. Short pay and free 6pm to 8am opposite the hotel 7 days a week. Lots of paid long term parking nearby if required.

Directions to The Marlyn Hotel
Leave the M40 at Junction 15 taking the A46 and the A439 towards Stratford. Join the one-way system take Bridge Street to the roundabout and then turn left into the High Street which leads into Chapel Street turn right at the end and it will be Chestnut Walk.
